They (who?) say that moving house causes stress levels second only to losing a relative or loved one. I am not so sure about that but I do know that the last 2 weeks have been hectic. Moving your life from one country to another, even if it is only across the channel requires some amount of work. My output as it regards to my chosen profession has dipped slightly, but I have still managed to keep the wheels turning. So to continue in that vain, I have a rather cool Friday Stoke to present today. It is a slight departure from the norm but it does include bikes and a massive amount of stoke, which is certainly enough to make the grade.
I am back in London next week to speak at the sold out and in . Keep an eye out as well for an exciting announcement regarding one of the experts joining us for the Expedition School in August. Very happy to have this fella on board. Have an ace weekend!
