Today's stoke combines 2 of my very favourite things. Well, 3 if I am totally honest! Wingsuit flying, girls and Iran! A strange combination you think? When you see the clip I think you will agree they come together very, very well. Swiss flyer Géraldine Fasnacht heads up Bistoon big wall in Kermanshah province and decides to jump off. My friend Mohammad who runs the popular website Mountainzone.ir regularly climbs on this wall and like the country itself, it is a very beautiful place to be.

I spent the week on trains across the UK for a very productive partner meeting up in the Lake District and yesterday in Leeds for an awesome day with a bunch of very switched on 10 and 11 year olds. Difficult to get in front of the computer for any length of time which is...great!!! (for the most part). Back home to Biarritz tomorrow with the intention of next week being a bit more organised (unless magicseaweed.com says otherwise!) and bringing you guys some more info about this bloody epic paddle I have coming up.
