Today's stoke is pretty self explanatory with notes on screen! The plot? Group of friends, dig the outdoors, make a vid. Sweet! Thanks again to Seb!

I am off for 2 weeks to the other side of Southern France for a spot of book writing (I gotta get that done!) and to film a couple of short clips.

Don't forget to enter the Zeal Optics comp and generally dig life!

Expedition School – Dave Tett

I am excited to announce one of the experts who will be helping out during the Expedition School Pyrenees in August. Photographer David Tett is on board to pass on his best tips, tricks and tutorials to capture your expedition. Dave's most recent expedition saw him in the Altai Mountains of Central Asia (click on the photo below to enlarge) with none other than Tim Moss of The Next Challenge.

Dave will host a workshop over the weekend outlining the techniques he uses to capture the best photos every time and be on hand to answer any questions regarding photography and videography that you may have over the 3 days. He will also get amazing shots of the exciting activities we undertake to show how it is done.

We have a great mix of people signed up already and there are still places available. I am getting pretty amped myself and it is months away! The weather has been amazing here the last week and doing a few short treks in the mountains or driving past the guys floating on the river just down the road is awesome.

Central Alborz Dreaming

Sorry folks, still walking high in the Central Alborz - some of the best mountain trekking I have ever done. This mountain range is easily on par with what I have experienced in the Andes and Himalaya. Big call I know and maybe I am getting so caught up in the magic of Iran, but, it sure seems that way. I will give a full low down sometime next week I hope. For the moment please marvel (or not!) in my fabulous landscape photography skills.
